Storage after Delivery

The delivered products must be stored dry and clean before processing.
If the packaged product is coated with a paint system, this system will require several weeks at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius to fully cure and achieve optimal adhesion.

For this product, a protective film has been placed between the parts to prevent contact between the painted surfaces. When restacking, the film must be reapplied to avoid damage and direct contact between the painted parts.
The supplier is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or handling.

Processing of Cladding

The warranty on the products applies only if the wood has been processed according to the processing guidelines of Centrum Hout, as outlined in the document "Gevelbekleding van massief hout" (Cladding of solid wood), dated January 2024.
